Lauren's journey as a hairdresser has come full circle with the opening of her first boutique salon in West Brighton, the community where she was born and raised. Since 2005, Lauren has been making her mark in the hair industry, focusing on advanced education and continually refining her skills. She now specializes in custom and transformative hair color and cutting techniques.
Lauren's dedication to education has led her to train with some of the industry's leading institutions and innovators, including the Vidal Sassoon Academy, Shannon Rha, and the Wella World Studio, where she earned her certification as a Master Color Expert. Additionally, Lauren holds a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from CUNY Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business. This blend of creative and business expertise has culminated in a nearly two-decade career, during which she has provided clients with completely customized services, emphasizing high-impact, low-maintenance results.
Over the years, Lauren has developed her own signature techniques. As both an entrepreneur and a mother of two, she enjoys helping her clients find looks that suit their lifestyles. Lauren credits her children with transforming her career approach. "After I had my daughters, I wanted to spend my free time with them, avoiding time-consuming beauty services. I noticed many of my clients had similar needs, so I began tailoring my services to be lower maintenance." This insight led to the creation of a modern service menu focused on detailed, transformative services that provide lasting results.
Lauren believes that when her guests feel beautiful, they look beautiful, and the right style and approach can empower her clients in the best possible way.

Jill has enjoyed all things beauty from a young age. She loved going to the hair salon with her mom, learning to braid, following YouTube makeup tutorials and helping with hair and makeup at her local theatre company. After high school, Jill decided to follow in her grandmother’s footsteps and become a hairstylist.
In 2021, she graduated from Aveda Institute New York and began her career by assisting at a Chelsea hair salon in Manhattan where she learned to create a memorable, relaxing experience for each client--and the importance of a good scalp massage.
In 2024, Jill found her hair home at Lauren Cicero Hair Company. She is so excited to be learning and growing in the most supportive environment. When she’s not at the salon, you can find Jill at a concert, baking, or most importantly, spending time with her nephew.
